I can’t for the life of me remember where I saw this, but you can make “boiled” eggs in the oven!
Put em right on the oven rack at 325 for 30 minutes (I didn’t even preheat the oven), then cool them down in a bowl of ice water before peeling. The peel comes off like magic–seriously! I made a dozen eggs in the time it took me to put away the groceries and chop veggies for salad!
Anyone else have any cool kitchen tips?
