I am at the less than 2 month mark now.  The planning has been going great, but now all the small details are starting to stress me out.  Did I pick the right shoes, should I have a backup pair.  What do I buy the girls for gifts.  Do I get a shawl or bolero in case it is cold.  Can I get either of these in the amount of time remaining...I just can't seem to make a decision any more.

I am just a little overwhelmed.

Deep breath. 2 months is still lots of time, even though it doesn't feel like it. Let us know if we can help with any of the remaining decisions :)

I feel the same way! My wedding is April 24th and it suddenly seems very close. I'm so worried that I've forgotten to do something huge. But from what I understand, it will all work itself out and this is a totally normal way to feel. Hang in there!

If things are really bugging you, I think you should just make a decision and stick with it.  Try not to second guess it or think that it could have been done better.  You don't have a lot of time left and it isn't worth stressing yourself out over the little details that no one will notice and you probably won't think about the day of.

This must be going around today. I just posted a major rant myself. MissAsB just laid down some major advice. Figure out the things that are most important to you, focus on making them happen, don't sweat the smaller details. I decided I don't care about the church programs, everyone throws them away, so I'm not going to obsess over their design. I'm instead obessessing over the vases my centerpieces are going in...

Definitely make decisions and stick to them. Don't overthink things-- there will always be something else you could have done in any situation, but just be confident that you are making the right decisions for you and don't look back.
