This chart may help. You may not O for a day or two so you have time anyway. I assume you’re only starting out. You start to get used to your body very quickly and timing it right. Some people use SMEP (sperm meets egg plan) which is every other day from about cd7, every day when you get a positive sign of O.  I can’t remember it fully so look it up! Best of luck!

What chart are you using? I believe when you get a positive OPK you should O within 24-48 hours, so you didn’t miss your window.

Westwood:  That’s my understanding as well.


I used to take opk’s and take my temp every morning and consistently ovulated 24 hrs after getting a positive opk. If your up for really getting to know your body I would suggest getting a BBT. I learned so much and recommend to all of my girlfriends getting ready to TTC.
