I would text every single day including while on my period, but just notate that I was on my period.
Sometimes AF can be wacky or something out of the ordinary, so using the strips won't hurt.

My doctor wants me to do 2 months of testing. She said for me to test daily and just write negative or positive - that's all she cares about. Doesn't want basal temps or anything like that.
Does this mean test EVERY day including during AF? Or should I just test once AF is gone and mark down when I have AF?
