@yougotme:  from what I’ve read, the LH surge can happen multiple times in a cycle, and I don’t think it’s anything to worry about. It’s like the first surge (and the other factors needed to ovulate) weren’t quite enough to make you ovulate at that time, so your body keeps doing its thang and produces another surge later that does the trick.

Based on your symptoms, it sounds like you’re ovulating now – go get busy!

@yougotme:  Oh, also, I was just googling and was finding things on false LH surges. Again, it didn’t seem like a cause for worry. But you know best bet is to ask your doc if you are worried. Dr. Google and I are not licensed MDs. 🙂

I think you ovulated when you had the EWcm. Ewcm is a sign that your estrogen levels are increasing and it is directly related to the lh surge. See it this way: first comes estrogen, then comes lh surge and finally ovulation.

@yougotme:  if it’s still positive, I’d say you still have a chance of making it!

You generally O 24-48 hours  after a + OPK. So you’ve  still got a shot

Not sure if this is a possibility, but you would also get a positive opk if you are pregnant. If you test tomorrow or the next day and the opk is still positive, I’d get a hpt just to make sure.
