I noticed that no one started a post last week while I was away and so I am really sorry that I didn’t start one for you guys!
I had great intentions while I was away but that’s all they were… intentions! 🙁
I totally fell off the wagon, it was just so hard with the small space, lots of people in the small space, being VERY busy and being out of my routine. But I did eat well and walk a lot! I know… excuses excuses!
Well no more excuses I am starting up again today! I am just joining back in with my FI, starting week five, so my “rest” week was just a little bit more restful than it was supposed to be!
How did everyone else do last week?

Hello – anybody out there?
Where are my P90X buddies!!!!
I haven’t done plyo yet today – will do it when I get home from work.
Last night I did chest, shoulders and tris and MAN is that harder than chest and back! My triceps were so shaky by the end because of all the push-ups and triceps moves! And I feel like I will NEVER be able to do a one handed push-up – they are insane!
Ab ripper is definitely getting easier though!
How are you ladies doing?

Welcome back! I am still on the wagon….thinking about switching mid-stream to lean instead of classic. I think I might be bulking up too much…lol! We’ll see. I have plyo tonight….but will probably walk/run this evening instead of doing Cardio X.

hola! i was wondering where this thread went. i just finished week 3, today is my rest day and then tomorrow i begin phase 1 recovery week. I am feeling great and ready to take pictures next monday. I am planning on posting them (maybe). I havent lost any weight but that wasnt really my focus, i can tell ive gained muscle for sure.

I feel pooped!
Did plyo at 11pm last night… ya that’s right 11pm! And then got up this morning and did back and biceps. Crazy right? Well it was! My body was soooo fatigued – I definitely did not have enough rest for my poor muscles. Oh well it was the only time it would fit into my schedule and I wanted to get’er done!!!!!
I also had my tasting today and so I ate WAY too much but it was sooooo good! Can’t wait to have it again on my wedding day 🙂
Does anybody else think that the phase 2 videos (chest, shoulders and tris & Back and bis) are WAY harder than the phase 1 videos (chest and back & shoulders and arms)???

@futuremrsmartin…i start the phase 2 videos next Wednesday and honestly, i HOPE they are harder! i am sooo over the phase 1 videos!
