Sorry about my late post this week! I had an out of town wedding this weekend and didn’t get back till really late Sunday night! On monday we were so tired we didn’t work out :-O. But Yesterday we started our week on Tuesday with Chest, Shoulders and Arms!!!!!
How is everyone else doing?
I am now 3 months to my wedding and so I am kicking my diet into high gear (i am eating clean and doing weight watchers to watch portion control) and we are probably going to do P90X again after the last 7 weeks are done!
Can’t wait to hear who you guys are doing!

Did Plyo last night without the Fiance 🙁 and I think I am getting bored!
I really needed his motivation to push myself last night and tonight I have Back and Biceps without him too! UGH!
Can’t wait till our schedules mesh up again so that we can get back to working out together!

It is fantastic!
I have lost as much weight as I wanted too – damn last 15 lbs but I haven’t been strict about my diet! But I have lost a dress size so clearly something is happening (loosing fat and building more muscle).
It really is a kick ass program!

Did Back and Biceps last night and I am really ready for the change that comes with the rest week.

This is only my second week and I missed 3 workouts 🙁 I am not a morning person but I need to have my hubby throw water on me or something so that I can do them in the morning. Since it’s getting warmer I’ve been making plans after work and coming home really late. I plan on playing catch up this Saturday–which is probably insane.
In other news, I’ve been following a combo of fat burner/portion/South Beach Phase 2 and have lost 4 lbs. in almost 2 wks and I am happy with that. I just need to get my butt in gear and work out consistently.

I’m on week 4 of the lean program – went to chicago for the long weekend (I’m from Toronto) and managed to only miss one workout woo! This is my x2 yoga week.. argh.. hate the yoga! Today is core synergistics which I really like, just trying to get motivated and get going!

@Latoya – great job with the weight loss!
It is hard finding a time – but find a time that works for you and stick with it! Fiance and I had trouble at the beginning and found ourselves working out at 11pm (I don’t recommend it) but now we have found a happy medium.
@DNS – Congrats on ordering the program it is awesome. I have seen results – my body has changed quite a bit and I have lost a dress size – I haven’t lost any weight but I haven’t been as good as I should be in the eating department!!!! But I have maintained weight and lost a dress size so that means that I am changing fat for muscle which I am happy with!
I don’t find it hard to get motivated but I was already working out 6 times a week before I started the program. Just find a time of day that works for you and stick to it! Press play and forget the rest! Check out old P90X buddy threads and you can see Alisha’s awesome 30 day results!
The workouts are a good workout. Have you worked out regularly? If so they will be challenging but doable. If you haven’t worked out in awhile they will be hard but just do your best, modify to what you can do and forget the rest!
@Nerdette – congrats on finishing your first month. I am from London – isn’t this weather we have been having wonderful!!!!!
