P90X - I think I quit again!

    First time, I made it to 5 weeks. Second time, 9 weeks... I was doing great until now, but I get really bored with the program, bored with being trapped inside the house, and honestly, I don't find it challenging enough for me... I mean, I don't feel that I get as much of a workout with all the weight training; and the few cardio trainings are not hard enough.

    Result: I'm not motivated, and I have great muscle; but I don't burn as many calories so it's like the muscle is hidden and I don't feel as much in shape as I did before.

    Sooo, I'm thinking I'll start my running workouts earlier than planned.

    NO DONT GIVE UP!! I tried to do P90X last year and gave up early due to the time commitment, and i recently re-started and am so glad i did! If it'/s not that challenging for you, then you are definitely not fully putting your heart into it...it should be kicking your butt! I'm only down 7 lbs.but man, I am totally getting toned up and love it...that's what keeps me going. I will say, though, that because i hate the yoga tape so much that on those days i do my running workout instead of yoga; that way i feel like i'm getting good extra cardio.....just stay focused and stay motivated! A

    LOL. Mine was P30X, so I can't really help you either. It was too much of a time commitment, honestly, and I'm more into cardio than weights, so it got really boring. I liked the yoga though. ;) Maybe just supplement a few days of running for the weights?
