SprinkleDonut:  sorry to hear youre having problems! did you discuss with her what each item would look like before you paid? had you told her at the beginning that you wanted everything to match?

SprinkleDonut:  i could be wrong but by the sounds of it she has just made your belt more detailed (for no extra charge)… the other accesories will be the same as what you originally agreed to… unless you now want them to match the more detailed belt.

does the original design that you sent her now not match the belt??

SprinkleDonut:  contact her and state your concerns. elpain to her that you agreed that everything would be matching and it now appears that unless you pay more money the belt will be a different colour than everything else. forward her the email convo you had where she asked you to clarify that they would be matching and then get her to clarify that the remaining items will be made to match the belt she has already made.

it sounds like she got a little carried away on making you a gorgeous belt and now realises that to make them all match will cost her more time and money than she originally quoted you. its easily done – but not your fault, so you shouldnt have to pay extra for her error.

worst case senario – she wont make them matching…you can either – a) ask her to redmake the belt so its the same as the other items (thus not costing you anymore to’upgrade’ them)

or b) have them not matching. im not really that colour sensitive – are blush and peach that different when they are not placed side by side??

hopefully you’ll get this sorted.

I think that is nonsense- you paid a hefty sum and it’s on her to budget her resources to make that 750 stretch to all the pieces. She is definitely violating your agreement. I would ask her to complete the matching pieces as she originally agreed to (and quote your old emails) be nice and say that hopefully this can be worked out so you don’t have to dispute the charges through your CC company.

SprinkleDonut:  tell her you both agreed everything would be matching before you paid. Send her a screen shot of that exact conversation just in case she “forgot”. If she still refuses to make the matching items without an extra payment inform her you will be opening a dispute with your credit card company as your agreed upon terms have not been met.
