Gorgeous.
and don't feel bad- you never know what your really going to get when you order from Ebay........
I wouldn't feel bad if I were you! Its always a risk buying online like beesknees said. Plus the important thing is that YOU GOT YOUR DREAM DRESS!!! =) I think all of us at one point in the planning stage have overpaid for something. =)
Don't worry about it! All that's important is that you LOVE your dress!
Thank you! Your comments honestly cheered me up. I have a big smile now
Thank you!!
No worries you have the dress you want. Ebay may have been a nightmare...you will never have to worry.
I totally agree with all the bees above, $2,000 is a lot of money to pay for assurance, but it's your wedding gown! It's a once-in-a-lifetime dress and you love it.
If it's never been photographed professionally, that means there's not a lot of them out there. Who knows where the ebay dress came from? A runway or trunk show that left sweaty armpits and makeup & deodorant smeared on it? It says it's "never been worn", but that doesn't mean never been tried on!
So when your shiny, new dress arrives in perfect condition fitted just for you, just smile and think of how you're going to feel floating down the aisle towards your man!
Your dress is beautiful!! And I agree with the other gals, I like to save $ as much as the next person, but getting the dresss on ebay could bring its own problems...who would you turn to if there was a problem? what kind of condition would it come in? who would do your fittings/alterations?
As much as I hate spending more than I have to, some things (like your wedding dress) are worth it for the extra peace of mind.
Plus how could have ever predicted finding it on ebay in your *exact* size for that much cheaper? Given the time it takes to order and alter wedding dresses, waiting around for a better deal (in the *very* slim chance you find one) would be a huge risk.
So don't waste anymore time worrying about it and just enjoy your amazing dress!

I am getting married in August. My wedding dress, which I've already paid full price for, is "Susanna" by Ines di Santo. It will arrive in May or June so I can start fittings.
This dress has never been photographed for an advertisement or a runway show and so if I want to look at, I have to look at pictures of me wearing it when it was clamped to fit. And so, every week, I google my dress. I want to see pictures of brides wearing it when it appropriately fits. I want to admire my dress and procrastinate working by staring at my dress! But, now it has happened - I found "my dress" on ebay, in my size, NEVER worn, for $2000 less than I paid. Ahhhhh! I knew googling it was a bad idea.
I know there is nothing I can do about this as my dress is already paid for and will arrive in 4-8 weeks... so I thought it would cheer me up if my favorite wedding board admired the dress, and maybe one of the weddingbee readers will get a great deal. By the way, I added a sweetheard neckline to my dress.
**I do not know the seller and I am not selling this dress.
