@BellaDee:  Sounds like you probably were just stiff from sitting too long and made a sudden jerky movement. I’d mention this at your next doctor’s appointment but I don’t think anything is wrong. I get all sorts of weird pains every now and then, but if they pass and don’t keep coming back I don’t worry.

@BellaDee:  Do you ever notice yourself clenching your jaw when you’re sitting down?

And yes, there are a whole bunch of muscles in your neck! Sadly, I only notice them when I hurt one…:(
