UGH! I am SO done with talking to caterers in Palm Springs. I should actually say I am done with NOT talking to caterers. Do they not need the money?! Do they want bad review?! They obviously don't have ANY organizational skills.

I have called 5 caterers....Guess how many have gotten back to me? ONE!

One guys says "I will be in touch by the end of the week"--------That was a month ago, and he has said it twice since!! (Also--when we first started wedding planning I talked to him and he NEVER called back) this was 6 months ago.

One guy says "I passed it on to the cook, and don't have any numbers in front of me. I will call you back between 1:30 and 3:00 when the cook is here" So I arrange to be off work early so I could talk to him. He didn't call. This was last week so I call him today and he says "Oh, I don't have anything infront of me" UGH!

Another one says "Oh, we didnt get your call" so I explain again what I am looking for, she takes notes, and says she will pass it on the the manager to put together a proposal. This was last Monday. So I call to follow up today and get the Manager. What does he say? He says "Oh, I didn't get a message about your wedding. Let me look for it and call you back"

This is HORRIBLE! Thankfully I have heard back from one, and it is in our budget. I am going to write the WORST reviews about these caterers. If anyone needs to know the names please PM me. I would have for anyone to have to deal with this.
