@Jen51287:  Don’t want to burst your bubble, but as far as I know there’s no good evidence for any of the creams/ointments/oils once stretch marks are formed. There may be some effect during formation (e.g. during pregnancy) but it’s not clear. They’ll typically fade with time, but there’s no quick fix. You could try some makeup on them to make them more subtle?

@Jen51287:  I have tried it but it never worked for me, made my skin smoother but that’s all 🙁 a few months ago I started bio oil and it honestly has worked for me. I still have stretch marks but they have faded very much.

I used it when I was pregnant and ended up with a huge rash and a visit to the dermatologist’s office.

@Jen51287:  bio oil works better my strech marks are still there but super faded now where as when I used plamers there was no difference

I used Strivectin SD. It is super expensive though. If you get it at Costco you can get two bottles for the price of one. It helped maked my skin less wrinkled and helped a little with the stretch marks. But my skin was so wrinkled that I think that is what I really needed help with before stretch marks could even be addressed.
