I’m part of a wedding that will take place when the weather is cold and there is a possibility that we will be taking photos outside.
The dress goes below the knee so shoes will be showing
A)Is it weird to wear panty hose with open toed shoes (skin-toned)?
B)Does it look weird if all the bridesmaids are wearing open toes and closed toes shoes (all in the same color. black?)
i’ve been looking at photos but can’t really tell..have u guys been to weddings wear bridesmaids wore hose that showed? and did it look awkward? what do you think? thanks!!

I am a very strange creature and I like uniformity (everyone wearing the same shoes as for as bridesmaids go) and what looks good. With that said, I would rather freeze a bit and forgo the pantyhose. However, if you can find them, you can get the footless pantyhose. That way your legs should stay a bit warmer and your feet can still don the cute heels without the pantyhose poking out everywhere. 🙂

I am not so much one for uniformity… my girls will be wearing matching dresses, but I’m going to let them wear whatever shoes, jewelry and hairstyles they want as long as the shoes are all the same colour. I tend to think, they’re individuals with their own style, why not let them show it a bit when they’re on display? I think that looks nice. So that said, I wouldn’t care if some of them wore open toed shoes and some wore closed toed. I do, however, hate pantyhose with the passion of a thousand fiery suns and would prefer my toes to fall off from frostbite than wear them. But that’s just me and has nothing to do with fashion 🙂
