MrsMusicBird111:  A ring warming ceremony is basically where people (we did all guests, some people do just bridal party and family) hold the rings and “warm” them with a prayer or well wishes for the couple prior to the couple exchanging rings. We set our rings out at the Welcome Dinner and as people were coming into the ceremony with a sign that said “Please hold these rings and warm them with your love by offering a silent prayer, wish or hope for JenGirl and JenBoy and their future together. These rings will not only be a gift from one to another, but will be given with the love, support and wisdom of their family and friends.” Then our pastors did their own warming right before the exchange of rings. I really liked it and it’s nice to have that with me every day.

Also, since I’m at my other computer I can show you more crane pictures:

Wow, that’s so cool. I would love to have done something like that! It will look beautiful. If you have any left over can you send me a string?? 😉

MrsMusicBird111:  I don’t have any cranes to add but I just wanted to say that I love this idea! Such a cute story to tell! Make sure you let your guests know the importance of the cranes! I know if I was a guest I would love to hear it!

JenGirl:  I just checked out your recap and am hugely impressed by your bouquet/buttonholes and table centres. It must have taken you forever but they look amazing.

LaPetiote:  Yeah, between the paper flowers and the origami cranes I was basically making paper crafts for a year! It was kind of insane. But it loved the way it turned out!

Omg freaking adorable and I love that you have a picture of your first date! I could definitely see them hanging from the ceiling and as a backdrop. So perfect!

JenGirl:  yay for ring warmings! We did one too 🙂

TaraMay_:  I loved our ring warming. It was one of those things that I came across while wedding planning and just had to do. Most people had never heard of it, but thought it was a cool idea.

MrsMusicBird111:  omg you guys are so damn cute. And I second ring warmings! Our wedding and especially our ceremony was all about community and it was a great way to incorporate all of our guests. We even had them take a vow too!
