I really like this one and as long as you remember to change the blade then it cuts great. You can also buy a scoring blade which works really well.

If you want a cheap one...the Fiskars Paper Cutter Trimmer 12" works fine for me for smaller projects and the price is one you just can't beat. It isn't AMAZING but for $20...gets the job done ;)
I got this ProvoCraft one from Michael's for less than $10 and I love it!

honestly for the same price you can take them to like kinkos or office depot and have them print them. they only charge .75 per cut.

i have looked back through the boards and have found quite a few mixed reviews on cutting paper... I have eliminated the kinko's option - because I'm spending a lot on the paper and if someone's going to mess it up, it's going go be me.
I am using 100# and 80# cardstock, so it needs to cut through something of that weight. I can do them one at a time... I would like to stay in the range of $40-$60. I have a cheap one - and it works for my mock-up, but it's not as straight as I would like, and it doesn't always cut where I think it is going to cut, (if that makes sense.) Any suggestions - please let me know!
