Do you mean Paper Presentation in NYC? If so, I live right down the street and love going there. They have a TON of stuff, let me know if you need my help (if it's the same place).
OMG! It is the same place!!! :D I am just trying to find out if their color milkweed is an off white/cream. It appears so from the website, but I am trying to make sure! That is so awesome you live close to there!
Well, I am more then happy to go by there and check for you but I may not be able to till next weekend and not sure how soon you need to know. Are they sending you samples?
Hi! I ordered all the paper for my DIY invites from Paper Presentation. I have been very pleased with their customer service and prices. Shipping is a bit slow since they are based in NY and I'm in CA, but otherwise I will keep going back here. I'm not sure of the difference between their matte paper and linen, but I Gocco'd my invites on their 80lb Classic Crest Baronial Ivory cardstock and was very pleased with the results. You can't beat their prices for envelopes, and they have a huge selection of colors.
I've attached some photos so you can see how the cardstock looks. All the paper in these photos is from Paper Presentation, with the exception of the envelope liners and pocketfolds. Good luck!
@October2010Bride: What gorgeous invitations!!! I love them!
I ordered from Paper Presentation, just belly bands and their little tags. I can't attest to that color, but I loved everything I got from them!
Sorry for the huge photos :/
Also, I was going to suggest purchasing some samples - I ordered a bunch and that's how I decided what to go for, especially when it came to the envelopes.
@Miss Britt - thanks!
I used Paper Presentation, too. I live in NYC, so I have the luxury of just stopping by. I ended up using a linen natural white for mine. It was not white, but not as dark as the ivory -- a good middle. The linen paper has a slight texture to it. I think the matte is just flat paper. IMO the linen is a bit more formal, but when printing design/color on it, the texture can get in the way.

Hi Hive!
I plan on ordering all of my paper from paper presentation for my DIY invites! I am curious if anyone has expierence with their paper? I am wondering the difference between their matte and their classic linen. I am also curious if anyone has used their milkweed color paper...do you possibly have a picture? I have requested samples, but I wanted to come to the hive as well!
Thanks!
