I haven’t ordered them, but I’ve seen them, and we are making our own liners using their kit.  They go all the way down in the envelope, so it’s really easy to line them up correctly.

I used a paper source stencil for envelope liners and bought large sheets of paper and made them myself. Super, super easy!

Yup!  It’s a set of stencils to make envelope liners for all their envelopes, so then you can make liners out of whatever paper you want 🙂

We made a template and then used wrapping paper for ours. We sent out 100 invites and still have a ton of paper left.

Oh I should also say that the guy at the store showed us how to make them when we went in just to buy paper.  If you ask in the store, I bet an employee will demonstrate the process for you.  Get one of those little rolling tape dispensers too… SO USEFUL!

They do go all the way down the envelope.

They go all the way down in the envelope.

We also bought the liner template and it is AMAZING!

i made my own template with hard thin cardboard (a clean cake box from my bakery) and once I got it right it was very easy. If you’re cutting your own liners, rather than buying the precut ones, then buying the liner template isn’t a HUGE help, but it’s inexpensive enough that I suppose it is a pretty decent idea! for me, i was pressed for time and since I made the liner template in about 12 minutes for free, it seemed silly for pay $20 to have it shipped to me.

i also used a paper cutter to cut 275 invitation liners, so i’m nuts. it wasn’t the template or the cutting that stunk, but actually putting it inside the envelope, making sure it was lined up right, and then taping it down in such a way that the envelope still closed right, that was the hardest!

my recommendation is the double sided tape roller too!

Paper Source has a pretty one called Shimmer Gold. It’s a really faint gold and it comes in text paper. We used it in our STD’s, although the poorly lit pictures don’t do it justice.

@mkim:  It was the cover weight paper. It does come in text (light-weight) paper though. I don’t like to use wrapping paper for liners because of how fragile it can be.
