I’ve unfortunaly been having some problems with Paper-Source lately. I have had to cancel my last 2 orders because they either haven’t had the items in stock (and they didn’t tell me until a week after my order went through!) or they have sent my order to the wrong address (wrong name, wrong state, wrong everything!). I have yet to resolve the last issue with them because their customer service is not responding to me through email and when I’ve talked to a customer service rep on the phone they promise they will call me back with a resolution but they have not yet (it’s been 2 weeks). Obviously I’m frusterated.
I’ve decided to order my paper goods from another company but don’t know where to start. Does anyone have any suggestions?
