Thanks, I used shipito the one time I used a forwarding service, the cost of postage was RIDICULOUS. Around $50 express from the US to Australia, and much more expensive than the postage from the companies in the US that do ship to Australia.

@sera_archie:  Hey there, I have a couple of questions about parceliton and shipping, if you don’t mind?

1. Did you ship to Australia by any chance?  Did you have to pay a customs (import?) duty if your dress was over $1000? Or did they mark the value down so that you didn’t have to?

2. What kind of gown did you get, and how much was shipping?  I’m considering a ballgown but not sure if it would cost me a million dollars because they’re so heavy!

Thanks for sharing your experience!

I used Parcel it on, not for wedding goods but for other merchandise for snow travel, and they deserve many kind reviews! I dealt with Lyka and she was above and beyond customer service expectaions. Always exchanging emails promptly, which is great for reassurance as it can be stressful sending a large quantity of goods through mail! Very very happy! 10/10
