@Kacey23:  I wouldn’t changed drasticially.  More like just need to be little more quiet and schedule around little boy’s sleep schedule.  Maybe a little less the first few months just due to being over tired with being up in the middle of the night a lot feeding him.  Little boy is 2 now and our sex life really hasn’t changed a whole lot

I guess the only change for us was having to time it around our childrens schedules, but the quality sure hasn’t changed. It would never have changed our plans to have children.

@Kacey23:  Our daughter is 7 months and we have sex at least 3-4 times a week. Usually more. Obviously right after birth there was zero sex for awhile. I think we started again when she was 8 weeks old. I was cleared for sex at 6 weeks but decided not to try until 8 weeks when I felt comfortable. It hurt the first couple times but we got right back into it. Our daughter sleeps 12 hours through the night and takes long naps so that might have something to do with it. We are typically morning sex people and she sleeps in her own room so it hasn’t cramped our style at all.

@Kacey23:  I found my sex drive went down. The main reason was being so tired, but also I think body image (post pregnancy body) came into it. Things did recover but took a few years. Now (early menopause and with teenage / young adult kids) it’s probably as good as it’s ever been.

But it’s no reason not to have kids. It might be a reason to delay it for a couple of years. (Since I see you’re not married yet). I’m glad we had a few years of marriage before kids.
