ETA: The STD is the best, I think, and you could totally convert that to a bridal shower invite.
I just designed my own (with the help of my FI), I told him what I wanted which was pretty simple and he made it for me. I also plan on putting them in a black and white striped sleeve and in a pink and white striped envelope.

check out minted.com. They have a lot of pretty designs under the bridal shower invitations. I'm sure you can find something vintage and Parisian.

I am planning a Springtime in Paris themed shower for my best friend. All the Paris style invitations I've seen are too corny--anyone know of any great sources? I feel like I've looked everywhere! I am looking for something pretty, elegant and perhaps with a vintage feel. Any ideas? Thanks!
