Hello! I was wondering if anyone has been to or had a wedding reception here? I visited it and loved it but they seem to be a little bit new to weddings. I could not find ANY pictures online anywhere for weddings and the pictures on their website are from a staged wedding.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I have been to Park Lane Villa and actually was involved with the design and renovation that currently took place. It was recently completed in 2008 and I believe that you're correct that they don't have much experience with weddings, if any.

hey!

i am having my reception there in a month....THEY ARE FANTASTIC!

not only is it a beautiful venue, they have the top caterer in the city, plus will work with your every need. i also had a friend of the family just recently (about 3 weeks ago) had their wedding there, and people CANNOT STOP RAVING ABOUT IT.

the best thing about park lane (there are so many but i will name two);

1. David...the venues wedding coordinator. we have become friends. he is FABULOUS!

2. The venue's unique feel. It is old school elegance with the moden amenities that all of us brides want. You do not feel as if you are in a hotel wedding at this place

i believe that anyone having a wedding here is way ahead of the curve....park lane is phenomenal. If you have any questions...please don't hesitate to ask!

@ngarofoli07: hello! I am looking into having my reception at Park Lane and I came across your post. I'd love to chat with you to hear a little more about your experience there and ways that you customized the package. I'm especially interested to know if you have any luck negotiating down any costs- such as the room rental or dance floor rental.

Also, where did your guests stay? Did most of them rent cars, or did you have to provide transportation?

@Brits97tsi: I looked into having our reception here and they quoted me $100-150 pp, but I believe they include a lot in that (including rental and chairs) and even the ceremony. However, I'm pretty sure their open bar is by consumption instead of all-inclusive. It is very beautiful, though! I think it would be great if you're having a guestlist of 150 or less.
