Shark Club in Kirkland is a good time place.
Lucky Strike Lanes can be fun
El Gaucho in Bellevue is expensive but very classy
Valhalla Bar & Grill is a college spot that is very fun
Rock Bottom is a very low key place but a lot of fun too.
I've had events at all of these places and all of them had been a blast.
If you are considering Seattle (which it sounds like you aren't but if you were :) ) I would suggest the Garage. Pool, bowling, bar and decent...this place has it all!
@GreenBee - - I couldn't agree with you more! I had my 30th birthday there and whenever we have guests in town we always go there. They are really easy to work with if you have a large group and don't want to rent. And their prices are quite reasonable!
Btw, a little secret. The Parlor, said we had to pay for a room, so we declined. But then we just invaded them one night and arranged to come early so we could get a good spot!
We pretty much had a majorly large corner to ourselves for my Birthday party and just paid for food and drinks. My mom even was allowed to bring in a birthday cake so you might just try to get there early, if you really want to do the Parlor.

Looking for a place to go to drink and let loose with my friends. Will probably spend around $500 at least on food and alcohol, so i don't really want to pay for a room. Anyone have suggestions? Parlors is kinda pricey....found a place in Seattle but would like to stay on the East-side if possible.
