Are you going to have a receiving line, or go around to visit tables? You could give them out to each woman when you greet her.
Put each female guest's name on them, and lay them out like you would escort cards? Or have one at each female guest's place setting?
Have a trusted family member hand them out to female guests from a basket?
In addition to the escort cards that tells guests which table to sit at, you could also do place cards with the guests names at each table place setting. Then all you'd have to do is leave the pashmina at the table settings of the female guests.

my dad brought back these beautiful pashminas from China - and we're giving all the women at the wedding a pashmina as our "favor".
Hopefully this doesn't sound too bad, but - I didn't want to just set them out for people to take because my dad's family will take 5 at a time, and I want one to go out to every person.
Does anyone have experience with this? Or have any great ideas on how we could display them so each woman gets one each?
