Greetings! Anyone know of any good patio furniture sales lately? I know it's spring, so the deals won't be as steep as fall, but I am looking anyway. I've checked the usual suspects - Target, home depot, lowes. They have decent things, but I'm looking to compare before diving in. One I'm interested in: http://www.target.com/Home-Rolston-Wicker-4-PC-Seating/dp/B001EGWKQQ/ref=sc_qi_detaillink to give you an example of style/price. Any nesting folks out there recently make a patio purchase? Thanks!

    Hey!

Lowes has a decent selection. They don't have a sale right now but what you can do is sign up for one of their Moving coupons (you don't have to be moving) and get 10% off. (It might be 15% I'm not sure)

We found a few inexpensive sets at Big Lots.  It was about $300 for a table, 4 chairs, and umbrella which is a lot less than Lowe's or Home Depot.

I haven't, yet, but this question is perfect timing for me. I've heard good things about the store called Garden Ridge. Do you have one of those nearby?

Good call on the moving coupon! that'd take some of the sting out of purchasing now. And Big Lots - my mom swears by that store, but i'm not sure we have one locally. I'll check it out - thx!

Yes - Garden ridge has great prices but you really have to be careful with quality. We have a hanging basket from there that's been good so far. Woohoo - now we have an activity to do while my in-laws are in town this weekend :)

BTW both Lowes and Home Depot accept competitor coupons.

When we make big purchases we tend to want quality for the price so we're willing to spend a little more on a quality set that we know will last us years. We got a mesh (sling/Olefin fabric) steel set from Lowes a couple years back and that thing had held up so fantastic. No wear, tear, still looks like the day we bought it!

We're looking to get a small aluminum wicker set for our patio as well to add to the dining set.

    How about Walmart? Or Sears?
