Is there anyone out there who has a weight loss success story while having PCOS, I was diagnosed when I was 18 and I am not 30,
struggling so bad with my weight since a young age and the only thing that seems to work is liquid diets which is like starvation and very unsociable,
I would love to hear what others are doing my partner has asked me to marry him and Im frightened Im going to look like a blob in a white dress when i get married.

@Cazza11: I have PCOS and have been yo-yoing back and forth with 15 lbs for years. I was diagnosed when I was 20 and am now 27. Honestly, ive replaced all of my regular food with vegetables. I eat no processed/fried foods, work out 5 times a week for 45 minutes and drink lots of water. It’s a slow process, but it’s happening. I’m 16 lbs down in 6 months and am going for 40 by Aug 2014. It will happen. It just takes lots and lots of dedication to a lifestyle change.
