My girlfriend who got married last summer had the PDF of her monogram printed up really big at Kinko's and then put the picture underneath and traced it over with black marker on the runner. It seemed to work pretty well. We live in Chicago also- it was at the Kinko's on the corner of Clybourn and Fullerton if that helps :).
This is either gonna look reeeally cheap or reeeally amazing (and probably nothing in between)...T-shirt iron ons.
I didnt think of tshirt iron ons... that may work. But you're right juliaelizabeth, it could turn out horrible. I could do the trace thing dookie but I dont know if I trust my artistic skills... It's complicated with color and gradation and all that stuff.

I really want to get the design on my invitations printed on my aisle runner. The lady who did my invitation design on etsy said she could send me a file of the image, but can't print it on the runner. I've taken it to some local silk screen shops and picture shops, but they all say the runner is to large for them to print the image on it. Anyone have any ideas? I'm in the Chicago area if that helps.
