I’m having an outdoor rustic fall wedding! I was going in between blue and peach but then finally decided on peach because it wasn’t as popular and I thought it gave it a more softer romantic feel. So I told my MAO and my Mom and they both thought I was crazy! My Mom is set that peach is not a fall color! My thought…”who the heck came up with pink or peach were spring colors and fall is burnt orange and dark reds and so on?” My wedding is in sept and the leaves haven’t even turned yet! Anyways what do you think about my fall wedding idea?

It’s your wedding..I say you can choose any color you want. I’m getting married in September and my bridesmaids dresses are light pink.

If your wedding is September 12, it’s actually a summer wedding, not a fall wedding. You can politely and delicately mention that to your mom. 🙂

I love that idea! The picture you posted was beautiful, don’t let them get you down.

Love it! It’s such a lovely color and definitely goes with a romantic and rustic feel that you are going for.

Looks great to me. It feels more fall than the blue, so I think you made the right choice and if you go for a color similar to the photo, then I would actually say it’s more nude than peach anyway! 🙂

It looks beautiful, and really, it’s your wedding, do what you will! 😀

Go with what you want. I had a fall wedding and everyone gave me grief over my summer colors. But at the end of the day, no one noticed or said anything. It all looked great.

I’m doing a blush Sept 21 wedding…so light pink, peach and tan. Go for it!

You can definitely do peach for early September! What colorflowers areRoy’s having? I make color inspiration boards for fun so if you want me to make you one let me know!

I was definitely considering peach for my September wedding! I love peach! I say go for it 🙂

Sooo who cares if it’s not a fall wedding color? I am getting married in November and my colors are pastels. You only live once! I love the color of the dresses in the photo – they look kind of beige-y?

I’m getting married in October. I didn’t want to do that expected fall colors either, but I wanted to do something complimentary to them. I chose sangria and gold, with touches of light pink and ivory. I also plan on leaving some green to the bouquets. I think that if you really like peach, you should go with it. But try accenting it with a richer, warmer color. Or do a whole punch of varying peach shades. That’s my two cents. Have fun!

Eh.. screw what people say about the different appropriate colors for each season. Do whatever colors you want… My MOH’s wedding was at the end of september and guess what her colors were?? Bright pink and yellow. We wore PINK PINK PINK dresses and had yellow flowers. 😀 Mine’s in October and I’m doing purple. Not because it’s a fall-ish color, but because I love the color.

Thanks Bees! I’m excited about doing this color! Now I just have to think of an accent color…
