I have a contact. However they won't sell less than 100 feathers at a time in bulk and usually about $1 each for full plumage. http://www.swalefandson.com/purchase.htm
If you're looking for just the eyes and not full plumage you can try the feather place have dyed quills in different colors (to make up for the sparse plumage) with eyes only for 24 cents. http://www.featherplace.com/ic/fp/item/P15/Stem-Dyed-Tails-with-Full-Eyes-10-15-inches.html?id=nbZVNy2D
If you need more help, let me know. :)
www.ostrich.com and ebay!
My friend and I are both doing peacock themed wedding and have already bought lots of stuff and have some ideas so PM if you want to join in on idea sharing...
I have ordered feathers from http://www.tonyhill.net/ before for making lamp shades. They were beautiful and reasonably priced. Good luck. :)
There also seem to be a ton on ebay - very reasonable prices, and your choice of lot sizes from 50 on up...

I am looking for peacock feathers to use as part of the decorations in my reception. Does anyone know where I can get a good deal on them? I need quite a few.
