I am getting married next year and I have shopped around everywhere trying to get a resonable price on my dresses. Since the storm money is tight and some of my girls are relocated. I was referred to Pearl's Place by a friend of mine who was referred by her sister. They both said they had great experiences there with knowledgeable consultants and low prices on quality gowns. I am happy to say the same! Everyone really took the time to help me and answer all my questions, they even gave me a discount and free alterations and steaming and gave me no problems shipping my girls their dresses not only on time, but a month early! I highly recommend Pearl's Place.

I called to buy a dress from them over the phone, they were wonderful and accommodating. (I have a friend in LaFayette who recommended them)

I went to Pearls Place despite hearing mixed reviews, and I adore the consultant I worked with - her name is Lisa, and I rave about her to everyone! She's the only person I ever deal with though. I later found out the reason for the mixed reviews when my bridesmaids went to be measured for & order their dresses. They didn't have a very good experience with one of the girls who helped them. However, the owners were very apologetic that my girls didn't have a great experience, and ended up comping their fabric swatches. Despite this bump in the road, I'd still recommend Pearls and still believe Lisa is the best!

My Pearls Place experience so far has been great. I had a lady named LaShon help me out, and I found THE DRESS within an hour. They also called me to ask me to order before the price went up $150 on the dress. Great customer service, but don't go on a Saturday. I've heard it's bridal hell LOL :)

So far, I've had a great experience with Pearl's Place. I went on a Sat, and it was HORRIBLE. The store was packed. Not only were there brides and BMs, but it was around when people were looking at dresses for Mardi Gras balls.I had to wait a while, but I had my consultant's undivided attention! I went in on a Friday after my dress came in, and it was wonderful. I think that I was one of five customers in the shop. There were 3 consultants helping me that day! I'm going to my first fitting in a few weeks, so I'll have a better idea after that!
