Robert Ryan Catering in Phoenixville owns 2 venues: The Barn on the Bridge and Columbia Station.  I *think* that the fee to use one of those locations is included in their catering services.  Don’t quote me on that; I’m using them for a seperate venue (the Phoenixville Foundry), but they might be a good place to contact:

@HDWilson09:  I am getting married at the Riveredge in Reading. The rental is free, you just pay for the food. I think it is very reasonably priced.

West Chester Country Club has some very nice packages. And they mention having a versatile outdoor space, so I’m assuming you could have your ceremony there, too.

And an acquaintance of mine just got married at the Woman’s Club of Bala Cynwyd. The rental fee is steeper than what you’d like, but I saw some great catering deals on the websites of their preferred caterers.

There’s also the Mansion at Ridley Creek in Ridley Creek State Park.

Even though it wasn’t my venue and I’m not qite sure of her pricing, I can highly recommend Pheasant Run Farms for weddings and receptions, especially if you’re into the whole rustic trend that is popular right now. It’s run by a friend of the family, but at least five people who I’ve known through different connections have held their events there, and each has been beautiful.

@HDWilson09:  I don’t know what kind of budget you have but I’m getting married at the inn at leola village, right out side of lancaster. They have an outdoor ceremony space and two rooms to accomodate  a smaller or larger guest list.

The Farmhouse at People’s Light in Malvern is right near you in WC. It includes EVERYTHING, even candle/glass centerpieces, full open bar, everything, and I think they’re willing to work with you if you didnt’ want such a big bar, etc, etc, but pricing starts around 90pp but it includes EVERYTHING.
