Percentage of beef/chicken/vegetarian for wedding meal?

@stephers11:  our caterer told us it’s usually 60/30/10 B/C/V in his experience.  It will vary some but he said that’s the average.

Right now I think we have like 68 % beef, 30% chicken, and 2% vegetarian. This is about what I expected.

Ours was similar: around 75% beef, 15% chicken, 5% fish, 5% veg. I was shocked how many people ordered steak!

we served filet, crabcake, and vegetarian.

55% – filet

40% – crabcake

5% – vegetarian
