It's probably unlikely. I think from other threads you said you took HPTs and they were negative, right? Periods can be wacky sometimes-- my guess is that you just had a shorter one.

Ive never took a HPT before. I am trying though. Im the kinda of run to the store at the last min girl! Just staring at one in my bathroom would get me anxious! lol.
It's unlikely you're pregnant. If anything, it could be a very early miscarriage.
I've had 3 kids, and my period went completely MIA each time, so I think you just had a very short but normal period. LUCKY!!!! Mine are usually 6-7 days long. The other obvious signs of pregnancy for me, other than the missing period, were extreme nipple sensitivity & discomfort and major fatigue. Good luck & keep trying!
It's likely just your period. You said that it was heavy, so it sounds like your uterus just took care of business very quickly this month! Only one way to know for sure, grab yourself an HPT. Good luck!

I usually get it for at least 3-5. It was heavy for 2 and now its gone....hmmm.
Can this happen? Could I be Pregnant?
