My colors are orange, yellow, and grey. I really like the bright persimmon color but I am afraid it looks too red. I have not seen the terracotta color in person, just online and a swatch. No store seems to carry that color in the bill levkoff line. The wedding is outside surronded by redwood trees so there will be a lot of green and browns around. I plan on using sunflowers as the bouquets.
The girls tried on the dresses and know which ones they want, I just need to pick a color. If they didn’t have thier dresses picked out I probably would have picked a different dress line that had more of the color that I was looking for.
Do you guys think this persimmon color looks too red for my orange/yellow wedding?
Also I attached the terracotta color from online.

I prefer the persimmon color, but I think it looks red. If you want orange then go with the terracotta.

I would go with the terracotta according to your color scheme. That being said, I think the persimmon is prettier.

Persimmon looks really red! Terracotta is nice…do you have any other options? yellow or grey?

I like the persimmon, but terracotta fits your theme better. What color would your girls look better in?

They like persimmon better because they say the other color will wash them out. I like the grey dresses but the guys are wearing grey, so it would be too much. The yellow they have is called canary, and it is more of a pale yellow.

Unfortunately it does look very red — but I really do love that dress, I think it will look amazing in any color. 🙂

I like persimmon better. Can u find ties for the guys to tie the color in?

I prefer the persimmon color, but I voted “yes” because it does seem like it might come across red in photos. If you want orange then go with the terracotta.
I know you mentioned that they already chose their dresses but if you’re set on a bright orange, would you consider having them choose again? The B2 Jasmine line has a pretty orange called “mango tango”. Just a thought

I agree with PPs – I much prefer the persimmon color; I think the other will look washed out on many people, but agree that the other is more fitting with your colors… you could make the darker one work if that’s what you want, it wouldn’t look out of place with orange/yellow colors, it just wouldn’t completely match but that could be nice, its a complementary color to them.

Make the darker color work, it looks great. Terracotta will wash out your BMs.
