I was recently browsing groupon and found a really good deal for a meal delivery system called “Personal Trainer Food” (apparently it used to be called “Meal Movement”).
The groupon was $200 for 28 lunches & dinners (the retail value was $314). Each meal includes a veggie and protein/meat, and you can totally customize your month of food, which I thought was awesome.
I’m not made of money, so $200 for a purchase is something I have to do a lot of research on, and after doing so, it seemed like a really spectacular program. According to the website, almost everything on their menu is paleo approved, gluten free, and is preservative free. They even have to send the meals packaged with dry ice, which to me is an indication of that fact that the food is “real.” There is almost no sugar allowed during the program, which is why it is supposed to be so effective. It also has a 5 star rating on Amazon, and really good reviews.
I was just curious if any of you guys had tried this system and what you thought..?
My delivery should be here on 1/30, and I’m really excited!
If anybody is curious, check out their website & the groupon:
