I used it as well, I got a personalized Christmas ornament and then a gift for my fiance. They both are adorable, and got here quickly. My friend who just got married recommended them to me because she had great service as well.

I used it for birthday presents once and I had a great experience with them.
YAY!!! I use it at least twice a year and I love it! I did however receive something that wasn't etched straight and I took pictures of it and sent it to their complaint department. They emailed me back within minutes and sent me a new one free of charge and it got to me quick! I will always turn to Personalization Mall for my specialty orders!
