Have you checked on Etsy? I don't know if that'll work with your time crunch but it might be worth convo-ing a seller or two. That's where I got mine.

I agree with @stephinPA: I got our koozies from there and I love them. They were cheap and good quality. We ordered 150 and they came pretty quickly and went like wild fire at the reception!
We ordered our koozies from discountfavors.com and they look SO cheap. We ordered the 'nicest' koozie on their site and the image looked great online. I signed off on the proof and a couple of days later we received the order and the image/text is off center AND the koozies look so cheap. I am so embarrassed I have to hand these out at my wedding.
I've heard good things about Office Depot and Kustom Koozies. I guess that's what I get for bargain shopping!! UGH!!
