Babe and Gub mostly.
I know Gub sounds weird, but he calls me Bug sometimes and once when we were goofing around i called him Gub and it totally stuck. It's mostly something we call each other when we're acting goofy or stupid. I love it.
We call each other Bug or Bugga. It started cause I was bugging him to "bug bug bug bug" and hes like you're such a bug, and that somehow turned into bugga like @itshouldsnow said, it just stuck.
I'm boring--babe or sweetheart. He calls me Honeybee, which I love.
I call mine Linus because he cannot seem to sit on the sofa without his blanket no matter what the temperature is. He calls me Wilma because he says I have square feet. (i don't)
We also call each other honey. But we almost never call each other by our real names. When we do, it sounds odd!
He calls me little Birdie, Tigger,Shellyboo
I call him Roo,Pooh, Big Worm ( don't ask), Snugglieroo
He calls me Angelpiglet...or piglet for short. I call him Angelpuppy...or pup for short. Long story on how those names came about, but we love it lol! We also call each other babe, baby and boo a lot.
Honey and Piggie. His nickname growing up was Piggie- in a cute way, not anything negative. He calls me Honey or Seamonster.
He calls me Sweetie and I call him my Sweet Babboo (a la Sally as she professes her love for Linus).
Lately we've just been calling each other "babe"
I call him "Panda" and he calls me "Koala"
FI will only call me babe. He hates pet names. Sometimes I call him Bean because it rhymes with his last name. Other times I will call him the most ridiculous pet names I can think of just to bug him. Most often if I call him by something he deems to be stupid, he'll ignore me.
I mostly call him by his name. . . but he has tons of silly ones to call me. Mostly dealing with my last name.

ha. . . The best I come up with is Robear (his name is Robert or Rob for short) but that is even a steal from his friends who came up with it.
I call my FI "Daddy Rabbit." One of the first movies we watched together with my son was "Cars" and it's from that.
haha this is a little embarassing because I'm really not into cutesy stuff but we call each other Baberz.
I actually made this word up as a nickname for my dog when I was in, like, 7th grade, and started using it as a term for any cute animal or any affection I had for something.
My fiance thought it was funny and we started using it for one another a few months after we started dating and it's stuck.
I call him simply "Hun" or "Hunnie." When I'm angry at him, I end up calling him all sorts of names. =)
My nickname for him is boo, and he calls me bubby, he meant to say baby and it came out all wrong and seemed to have stuck somehow lol.
Hmmm... I call him hunny, babes, darlin', sweetheart-- nothing too crazy. He calls me sunshine :)
My FI hate pet names other than babe or hon. We had a friend who was dating this girl and they were sickly cutetsy to one another. And we would make fun of them. They called each other Snuggle Bug all.the.freaking.time. So the one day he was saying something snarky about them and I was like "Cheer up, Snuggle Butt." And it stuck and now we're always calling one another Snuggle Butt.
I call him mostly "baby", "honey" or "sweetheart." He calls me "baby" and "sweetness."
We both usually say babe, or short forms of our real names (Cat for me, Dev for hime). I also sometimes say love and he says darling.
we're lame, we use only dear and hon.
My sister says we sound like we're an 80 year old couple from the 1900's lol
He calls me "boo", "boobsiemania", "boobsie", "pumpkin", "pumpkin pie"...Alot I know, and don't even ask me how he came up with some of those names, but I love them lol.
I call him "boo", "boobsie" "babe" or "love"...but for the most part its "boo"
I'm so envious of all these cute pet names. We only ever call each other "babe". Which is hilarious because we have literally 20 names for each of our pets. You just can't force a pet name though....has to come naturally.
There are a lot...most we say to be ironic and annoying.
Boo, Booboo, booby, spooby, Daniel-san, D-ho, creep, Lighta, Dan-the-man, Danny-san...(some of those are inside jokes, obvs.)
and then just "babe." Lol, but mostly I just call him by "Danny".
He calls me babe, honeypie, sugartits, ponyo, E-money (E-money was my nickname when he met me) I think that's it...
We call each other "babe" like some PPs, but I also call him "Bear" (thus the username).
FI doesn't use names of any sort all that often - to the point that it's special when he uses my real name, let alone a pet name. It's not just me - he's like that with everyone. He just speaks directly to them and only uses their name when he has to. Not sure why...
I call him babe, boo, booberries, booberry pancakes, snugglepants, snugglufagus, snuggly wuggly bear, snuggly wuggly boo bear.................... and many, many more!
