I had my final fitting yesterday (and forgot to take pics eeek!) my dress looked stunning!
i am a very petite bride, only 5 ‘1 and about 100 lbs. the dress from the front gave me amazing hourglass shaped curves.
from the side and back……………………….flat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
omg what do I do?
I want to look beautiful from every angle! Has anyone tried padded hip and butt panties? LOL I am seriously considering this. I have looked online, and they are kind of expensive over 30 dollars for ONE!
Has anyone tried them? Any suggestions on brand?? The description says the pads are about 1/2 thick. will this even make any sort of difference??

Homegirl, I get you. I am abot 5′ and 90 so I feel your pain. I have no butt or boobs to speak of, just in general. My dress keeps me “natural” looking up top though, which I actually kind of like. how bad could it be? pictures?!

@sharky: A butt pad may make a difference. I know for sure that Frederick’s sells them if you want to try one on. Keep the tags on it so that if it doesn’t give you the look you want in your dress, you can return it.
On a side note, your friends and fmaily know you’re petite and not very curvy so it’s not like it’s going to be a surprise. Be glad you don’t have too many curves.

I think it’s wedding dress construction… I was a 32D when I got married, and I looked TOTALLY flat from the side!

@sharky: Sure do it! Why not? Sew in some breast cups and wear a padded bum, do whatever makes you feel the best – word to the wise though – keep it natural looking, only go up one or two sizes max. Everyone knows your shape, it will look completely bizarre if you show up to your wedding looking TOO ‘enhanced’ everywhere. A little goes a long way 😉
