I’m 5’2 and 105 lbs.  I ended up with an A line dress and am in love with it!  It fits even better now that it has been altered to fit my size/height.

I am 5’2″ and about 118 (maybe less, not sure) when I got married.

@khaleesi:  I’m in a total dress-sharing mood haha. I’m about 5’3″ and 100lbs. I thought I wanted a mermaid but I discovered that a sheath dress made me look taller and it didn’t weigh me down! I love it!

I’m 4’11” and three-quarters.  I found drop waist and mermaid/fit and flare styles suited me best.  I won’t be wearing the sash.

I’m 5’3.5″ and 115 lbs. I liked the mermaid style best – with heels, I’m about 5’7″.

I’m around 5’0 and 105 pounds and I was worried about being swamped by a dress as well. Here is my dress 🙂

I broke the rules and went with a poofy ball gown. I did not want something displaying my biggest asset, if you catch my drift, so I went with a ball gown and I am in LOVE with it.

I’m 5’2 and weigh 95 pounds. The sample is really worn down, though and when I get mine it’ll look poofier like this and be lined like this.

I’m 5’1 and currently 114 lbs. I went with a mermaid silhouette. I was about 5 lbs heavier in these pics when I tried on the sample of my dess. I think an A-line will look great on you! Just try different styles and shapes…you might  be surprised! There are many silhouettes that’ll look good on petite women. Have fun when you go dress shopping and update us! 🙂

I don’t have a photo of me in my dress but I have just purchased this Maggie Sottero Giovanna. I don’t need the belt though as the dress on me had enough.

I’m 5ft 2 and  99 pounds. I am able to get the dress 5 inches shorter so it won’t need the hem put up, unfortuantly I have a larger behind, so may need the top brought in a bit as I had to get a size 2 where I would be a 0 in the top. Will find out in 6 months when the dress arrives.

good luck with the dress shopping.

@khaleesi:

I’m 5’0 and about 110lbs. I went with a mermaid style By Pronovias. It was the only style that made me feel my age, since I have a tendency to look much younger than I am.
