I love your gown!!!

I am wearing a ballgown and I am wearing the fullest crinoline that I could find. It is a Merry Modes 4500. It has 7 layers of tulle in it and no hoop. I have sat in it and it is very comfortable. I got mine at the bridal salon where I purchase my gown, but you can also get it online.

I don’t have a picture of my gown with and/or without the crinoline, but this is a picture of my gown.

The diff between a crinoline and a pettie coat I think is the length.  I might be wrong but I always thought the pettie coat was a shorter version.  I think if you have a big ball gown you would want a really full crinoline to give it the full poof!  Just remember that you need this when doing your fitting because the crinoline will make the length that needs to be hemmed different.
