I purchased my Stephen Yearick gown from Bridals by Danielle in Philadelphia, PA. I ordered a Bel Aire bracelet for $99.00 and veil as well. When the bracelet came in it was missing a stone and they offered to glue a new one in. I did not want a repaired bracelet for $99 so I asked them to ship me a new one. They also overcharged me and owe me $90 plus tax for a bra I did not get. When Daniels wanted to charge me $425 for having a bustle put in my gown, I canceled the alterations and took my gown home. This was back on July 10th. I called 3 weeks later to check and they said it was being sent that day. Two week after that call. I called again and they said UPS delivered it to 225 house not 255 house. UPS said they had no packages to that or my house. I also went to that home and checked. They were nice and denied any wrong packages. Bridals by Danielle had my correct address on all my receipts. They have not been nice when speaking to them on the phone and these issues makes me reflect negatively on my gown( I wish I never would have gone there.)
I would like suggestions on how to place a complaint about the Store and how to get my refund.
