I spoke to a few and prices usually started at around $1,500. I used Queen of Hearts and they were AWESOME, went above and beyond everything listed in the contract. Would totally recommend them if you are willing to increase your budget.
I worked with Christina from Chill Weddings, and since we got on board with her SO late in the process (about a month before the wedding), our rate was sorta somewhere between $500 and $1,000 -- and included her, one assistant & and intern!
@sloth: I've done a few weddings/bridal showers in the area. Philly, AC, N. Jersey, Lehigh Valley, and am doing desserts for a friend's wedding at Bartram's Gardens in Philly this weekend. If interested...? Depends on what you are looking for.
Christine Bergey, based out of Hamilton Square, NJ, served as the overall wedding coordinator and DOC for a crazy, over-the-top wedding I went to as well.

Does anyone have any recommendations for an affordable but awesome DOC in the Philly area? When I say affordable, I mean CHEAP, like around $500 or less.
