First – check out this awesome review.  The guy made the same photobook from about a dozen different companies and compared the results.  It’s a little long but well worth the read!  http://www.digitalhomethoughts.com/news/show/97676/the-great-photo-book-round-up-review-who-makes-the-best-photo-books.html

Personally, I LOVE AdoramaPix.  I made my guestbook through them and it turned out beautifully.  I found the user interface to be really easy to use and, while they aren’t the cheapest site out there, they are still reasonably priced and offer (IMO) a much better product.  I made a post about my photobook guestbook here: http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/my-awesome-adoramapix-photobook-lots-of-pics

groupon has been runninga lot of coupons in various cities for a company called photobook america, which gets great reviews for high quality books. i haven’t redeemed any of my groupons with them yet but i read a ton of reviews of them before purchasing, and feel confident about their quality.

also, this site has great reviews of a bunch of different photo book companies:

I was just about to post the same link that @FutureKMM did!

I also had a great experience with AdoramaPix (I made a photo book with my boudoir photos) and I highly, highly recommend them.

I third that link that FutureKMM posted! I used Photobook Canada for our engagement photo guestbook and I LOVE it. The quality is outstanding! I’ve had quite a few friends who have done their books through whatever program it is that comes on Mac computers and love theirs.

Though Adorama has good quality, I think they win for “Most Horrifyingly Clunky Building Software” award. It was awful. I love love love Blurb, but that is more of a book feel than an album. I’d read that review posted above and decide what aspects are most important to you 🙂

Oh I was just about to post something asking about this!  I’ve been looking at the $20-50 range with Snapfish (I want more layout options), Shutterfly (meh), and now Picaboo (too new to me to tell yet), but I want something with decent quality for a decent price so I don’t know what to choose yet.

I just ordered a book of my boudoir photos as a gift for my husband on http://www.photobookamerica.com, but got the groupon deal. without that, they’re pricey, but comparable to everywhere else I’ve looked. Good quality from the reviews, but it hasnt’ come in the mail yet!

I did an engagement pic album through Apple … but the book building itself was a bit limited. For our wedding albums I went through the photobook canada website – the software was awesome to use, hopefully the books look great.
