I came across a site that rents photobooths and it seems like it would be a lot of fun and a great way to get a lot of intereseting pics of my friends and families. I’m not too keen on using a photographer at this time and the photobooth would fit that niche quite nicely (and be less expensive). My sister and brother-in-law dabble in photography so they would take the traditional pics and instead of doing table shots, everyone can have a go in the photo booth. Anyone use one or think about it. Thanks.

I have been to a wedding with a photo booth and it was so much fun! They used it as their guest book and personally I would much rather have pix of all of the guests rather than staring at my own face all the time.
Super fun, two thumbs up!!

photobooths are increasingly popular now. We were thinking of one but we are having a photographer and we decided to put the money toward something else. But I have heard about people doing a photobooth and then also putting cards at the table that say something like, “Please upload your digital photos from our wedding at Snapfish, Flickr or whatever so all guests may enjoy” This will help you get a variety of guest perspectives in photos!

We are doing a photobooth! Next to it we are going to have a scrapbook table with an album, stickers, markers, etc. so that people can paste their pics in and write us messages.

I would totally do a photobooth or a fauxtobooth but there’s just nowhere at my reception that would have the space to do that. But I think it’s an awesome fun idea.

thank you ladies…i like the idea of leaving a card for guests to upload any pics they take too. my friend’s cousin had one and in addition to the guests taking their photos home the bride & groom got a disc of all the pics that were taken that evening so they were able to reprint the ones they wanted as well. the funny thing was that some of their aunts & uncles got a little naughty in the booth not realizing that someone else would have access to the pics. the place that they used to rent the photo booth upload bride approved pics online as well so the bride had to go through all these pics, some of them not too “g” rated. ha ha. i’m definately leaning towards a photo booth and i’m probably going to put a “warning” near by.

We had a traditional photobooth at our wedding, and it was amazing! SO much fun! We had them print two at a time, so the guest could keep one as their favor, and put one in our guest book next to what they wrote. It was a huge hit!
