No one? Have I worn out my recap welcome alredy?
Great pictures!!! You look beautiful cant wait to see more!
Great pictures! What a BEAUTIFUL wedding! I love your colors - my original colors were the same as yours, and I love that look. Then I fell in love with a color from Ann Taylor called "lunar sky" (whatever that means!), which is like a very dark, muted teal color and I'm doing peach flowers with that. I've been thinking about how I would have the groomsmen dress and I love what you did. Thanks for the inspiration and congratulations!
I absolutely love your girls dresses and the colour of their flowers. You're just beautiful, glowing!
Absolutely lovely! I love so many, many elements of your wedding.
Beatifully done.
Your "for richer" face cracks me up! Sorry your dress got muddy, but it looks like it was worth it! Congrats. :)
@hardtoconcentrate: Thanks! Glad I could provide inspiration for your guys' suits. DH actually picked them out and we both picked the tie together. I think the color combination turned out great!
@lovekiss: Most of our guests giggled at that point. And we all giggled again when he did the same thing for me. He even explained afterwards he does it to emphasize both parts of for richer AND for poorer and acknowledge them both with equal weight.
It was actually great that my dress got muddy right away, because then I didn't have to worry about the "moment" it got dirty. I could just enjoy the rest of the wedding and not care as much about keeping my dress immaculate!
YAYYY!! So beautiful - I love the ceremony, I love your bridesmaids dresses, and I love it all!! :)
Looks like a beautiful ceremony! And honestly, I would not have noticed the mud if you hadn't said anything about it :)
Also, LOVE the kiss picture! So sweet!
So pretty! I love the one where nearly everyone in your bridal party is helping lift your dress haha.
You look so happy!!!! I LOVE where you had your ceremony!! My favorite would have to be the one where you and your new husband are walking away. CONGRATS!
@Mrs.ChubbyBunny: I loved that one. We just started walking and first the guys all started helping then the girls did too. It felt kind of like when you play parachute in kindergarten, except I was the parachute!
@cyrgycyrg: Thanks! I need to order photos soon. I think that one might be on my must have print list.
Everything looks so beautiful, especially the bride :) Congratulations!!

In case you missed them, my first two recaps are here:
The Details
Getting Ready
Now, it's time for the ceremony!
I got out of the trolley to see my dad waiting anxiously for me (over his left shoulder you can see some of our "uninvited guests" who watched the ceremony from afar):
Walking up to my dad (and sinking into the mud already!):
All the handsome men up at the front of the amphitheater:
My beautiful bridesmaids processed in:
And my MOH (sister) went last before me:
Coming down the aisle with my dad (and trying not to sink into the mud):
Our officiant (my godfather) and my DH at the end of the aisle. And all our guests as I walked down the aisle:
My dad "giving" me to my DH. We didn't do any of the "who gives this woman?" Once we got up there, he just kissed my cheek, shook my DH's hand, and placed my hand in my DH's hand. I was shaking SO badly when I got to the front of the aisle, it took three tries to get a hold of my dress so I could walk up the stairs. Also at this point the front of my dress was already COVERED in mud from stepping on it.
The wedding ceremony. We had a friend read "The Art of a Good Marriage". In this pic you can see one of the things that went "wrong" with the day. My mom was trying to steam the wrinkles out of my sister's dress and accidentally singed the fabric. You can see the little burn mark on her dress. I had no idea, never saw it, and no one even told me about it until the next day!
When saying our vows, my godfather paused between "for richer" and "for poorer" so while we were waiting for him to say "for poorer" there was a silence until DH repeated "for richer" first... apparently I made this face:
The scene from afar:
My wonderful parent's watching the ceremony:
The kiss!
Recessing out. I was totally ecstatic and DH was just making sure I didn't fall. He's always one to take care of me like that. You can see all the mud on the hem of my dress too:
And we are married!
I think my parent's were pretty darn happy about it:
I won't bore you with our "posed" pictures. Admiring each other's rings:
And apparently it takes a whole villiage to move me in my dress:
Next up... our boat ride to the reception and cocktail hour! (Maybe some food pics too.)
