I know Mrs. Lemon has written an in depth post on using Flickr to share guests’ photos. But, I need some more feedback on the password/login sharing information.
Since I’ll be providing the guests with our login/pw, is there a way a mean-spirited guest might try to change my login/pw without my knowing? Does anyone know?

What about a shutterfly share site? You wouldn’t have to share the admin password, so no one could royally mess things up. share.sfly

I am using Picasa, and it’s a little easier, I think–just give your guests an email address to send them to.

We used a shutterfly site. Worked out very well.

This begs the question: what kind of people are you keeping company with?
But seriously, we used Flickr for our wedding and from my spotty memory they send email confirmation for any kind of changes so no one should be able to get Mean Girl on you. Also, after a month we changed the login and password. It doesn’t hurt to set-up account (if you haven’t already) and test your fear.

You just never know…I just rather err on the side of caution and not let anyone change my pw on me.

That’s true if you have a large wedding or your guest(s) bring random people you’ve never met to wedding but it never hurts to test it out first or just look into other options. Good luck.
