I usually have pretty good computer skills. But I'm trying to load a large amount of pictures into 1 album on a site so I can share with friends but I'm finding it difficult.

Picasaweb - limits you to 500 pictures. flikr -  limits you to 200 pictures unless you subscribe & pay per month.Shutterfly - screws up the order of the pictures when they upload and I'm getting frustrated having to put them back in order (there's over 700).

I can't imagine how difficult this would be if I was trying to upload 1300 proofs from a wedding or something.

Any good ideas for other sites? What do you guys use?

Pay for Flickr.  It's easy to use, easy to share, AND you can upload the full size files so your friends and family cannot only make prints for a fee, right from the site, and pick them up at Target, but they can also download the full size photos if they want to.

Either that, or consider making more than one account on Flickr or Picassa to use.

Woah - thanks Gilneas! I had no idea about the Target thing... that's actually really cool.

Yes, Flickr is probably the best for this. It is not monthly-it's once a year and only $30 if I remember right.

What about photobucket?  What's the acct. limits?  I have a flickr pro acct. but hate how the pics are in reverse order (last one loaded are first) and haven't played around with it to see if I can rearrange!

@LoriLori - You can change the settings for your sets to show up in a different order (date and time taken, etc).  It just needs a bit of tweaking :)

I think Flickr is only $20 for 1 year and worth it!

Lori, you can go to Organize and it will let you arrange them however you want, including reverse.
