I've read some great reviews of Darrell McDavid - He does MD and DC weddings, so not sure how close he is to you, but I'm pretty sure they travel. Their standard package is listed as $1425 with an engagement shoot and cd, all day coverage, 2nd shooter, all retouched images on cd, and 100 5x7 prints (sounds like an awesome deal!).
Check Madeline Marshall. When we used her, she had a package that started at $1500.
